A little clarity
A little help.
Something not quite right? Here are a few places to start.
Check a veggie suggestion
Photo recognition can miss ingredients or suggest something that is not on your plate. Review the suggestions before saving: remove the incorrect veggies, add the missing ones, or use Quick add to enter the meal yourself.
Use VeggieSnap without photo recognition
Choose Quick add on Today. Pick the vegetables you ate, check the selection, and save. You can keep recording manually without sending a meal photo to an AI service.
When an AI feature is unavailable
Check your internet connection and the relevant permission in the app’s settings. Photo recognition and personalized Pro notes have separate consent controls. If a request fails, wait a little before trying again. Manual logging remains available.
Keep your records safe
VeggieSnap currently stores your veggie history on your device. It does not provide cross-device history sync. Please don’t delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you want to keep its local records. Restoring a purchase does not restore meal history.
Pro purchases
VeggieSnap is not yet available on the App Store. When subscriptions are available, purchase terms and prices will be shown before confirmation. Apple manages App Store billing.
Contact
VeggieSnap is operated by Ningbo Dayu E-commerce Co., Ltd. (宁波达域电子商务有限公司).
The email subject is prefilled with “VeggieSnap Support” so we can direct your message to the right product.
When contacting us, include your app version, iOS version, and what happened. Share only the screenshots or information you are comfortable sending; a meal photo is not required for a general support question.
