When you visit this website
You can browse without creating an account. This website has no photo uploads, checkout, or email collection form. Its code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or code that writes cookies or browser storage. The demo, images, and fonts are hosted with the website.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Website delivery can involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and security events. Cloudflare may use security cookies when needed to protect a request. Its technical and security records are subject to the services and retention settings in use. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
When you email us
An email link opens your chosen email service. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you include. We use them to respond to support or privacy requests and investigate reported issues. Please include “VeggieSnap” in the subject and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Our company uses a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. Your email provider and Microsoft also process messages under their own practices. Company email remains until manually deleted; there is no fixed automatic deletion deadline. Deletion decisions consider unresolved requests and applicable record-keeping obligations. Recoverable copies or provider retention may remain after deletion from the active mailbox.
How information is used and shared
We use technical information to deliver and protect this site, and email correspondence to respond to you. We do not sell visitor information or use this website for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by our hosting and email providers, authorized staff, or disclosed when legally required. Our company is based in China, and authorized staff there may access messages you send. Website requests and email are not restricted to processing in the United States.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting a message. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, or to ask about other privacy rights or an appeal available where you live, email support@dareach.com with the subject “VeggieSnap Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity or authority. Some records may need to be retained where an applicable exception or obligation requires it.
The upcoming app
The video and screenshots are demonstrations using example records. Playing them does not send meal photos or veggie records to an AI service. This website notice does not replace the app’s privacy policy. Before public app release, that policy will explain local records, optional photo recognition, personalized Pro AI, subscription verification, retention, and the choices available in the released app.
Children and changes
This website does not offer accounts or invite children to submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. We will update this notice when our website or practices change and show the current date here.
